Zircuti is produced by forge-welding layers of zirconium and titanium under extreme pressure, then hand-ground and anodized to reveal the pattern beneath. The contrast between zirconium's natural darkness and titanium's brightness is determined by the forge — not by design, not by specification. Every handle that comes out of this process is the only one of its kind.
Zirconium is dense, corrosion-resistant, and exceptionally hard. It does not scratch the way titanium does. Over years of carry, the surface develops depth rather than wear. The pocket clip is machined from the same Zircuti billet as the handle — every contact point matches.

Powdered-metallurgy steel. 3% carbon, 20% chromium, 65+ HRC. Brushed to a directional satin texture beneath a matte black DLC coating — an edge that holds far beyond what most steels are capable of.

Modified drop point geometry. Redesigned button lock with dedicated stop pin — eliminates blade play, prevents handle wear. Integrated tungsten glass breaker. Extended deep-carry clip.
