Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed through our logistics partner. A tracking number is typically generated and emailed to you within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, this may take longer.
A small selection of products ship from our US warehouse. For these orders, a tracking number will be generated within 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States via USPS/UPS/YunExpress.
Once a tracking number has been generated, the shipment cannot be physically redirected or intercepted. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at service@tacray.com before a tracking number has been issued.
For EU customers: your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by the above cancellation clause. Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy for details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
The timeframes below are typical estimates under normal conditions and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier capacity, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. Tacray is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from delivery delays where the order was dispatched within the stated processing window.
Standard Shipping (China Post / forwarding agent)
United States: Typical delivery 14–28 calendar days after dispatch.
European Union (France, Germany, and other EU countries): Typical delivery 14–28 calendar days after dispatch.
Other international destinations: Typical delivery 14-28 calendar days after dispatch.
US Warehouse (select products only)
United States: Typical delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited options may be available at checkout for select destinations. Typical delivery 7–10 calendar days after dispatch. Additional costs apply.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. The subsidised outbound shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
3. Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment at 17track.net. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking confirmation for information to become active.
We recommend tracking your package actively, particularly during the final delivery stage. We have no control over local last-mile carriers and cannot be responsible for parcels left unattended after a confirmed delivery attempt.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Tacray ships primarily from China, and select products from the United States. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the products they order are legally permitted to be imported into their country or region. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with local regulations regarding knives and bladed tools. Tacray is not liable for shipments detained, seized, or returned by customs authorities due to product restrictions in the destination country.
5. Delayed, Lost & Damaged Shipments
Delays: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, or other factors beyond our control. Tacray is not liable for losses arising from delivery delays where the order was dispatched within the stated processing window.
Lost shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 20 consecutive calendar days, please contact us at service@tacray.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Claims cannot be processed for packages whose tracking has shown as delivered for more than 10 calendar days.
Damaged shipments: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are damaged or incorrect, contact us at service@tacray.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown in tracking, with photos. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Tacray is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
