How long does shipping take?
Most Tacray orders are shipped from China via China Post. Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days.
Most orders are delivered within 14–28 days after the first tracking update. However, some shipments may take longer due to customs clearance, congestion at transit hubs, or delays with local postal services. In some cases, delivery may take 35–40 days or longer, even when the package is still in transit.
If your tracking information has not received any meaningful update for more than 45 days, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and provide a full refund or a free replacement if appropriate.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. The shipping option will be applied automatically at checkout.
How can I track my parcel?
The tracking number is typically emailed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can track your order via HERE. Or you can visit 17track.net to track it.
Why haven’t I received my shipping or service emails?
Our emails may sometimes be filtered into your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. Please check these folders and add our email address to your contacts or safe-sender list. For the best delivery reliability when contacting us, we also recommend avoiding Yahoo or iCloud email addresses, as some messages may be filtered or blocked by these providers.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We’re here to help. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 25 consecutive days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and videos, and we’ll work to resolve it.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes all original accessories. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and customs. Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if my product arrives defective or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos or videos. For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we offer either a replacement or full refund.
What if I’m in the EU?
EU customers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they physically receive their order. This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale. Please contact us at service@tacray.com or submit this form to start the process.
