Every set is discounted 25–32% off the combined retail price of its individual components — a better deal than buying each piece separately. Bundle pricing is final — no additional discount codes apply.

Q: What if I don't like the color I receive?
Color preference is not grounds for return or exchange on bundle sets. The no-color-selection policy is part of the bundle tradeoff and is stated clearly before purchase.
Q: What if something arrives defective or damaged?
Quality issues are always covered. Contact service@tacray.com with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Which sets include free shipping?
Orders $89 and above ship free worldwide.
Q: Can I use a discount code on bundle sets?
No. Bundle sets carry pre-applied discounts of 25–32% off retail. No additional codes or promotions can be combined with bundle pricing.
Q: How long does delivery take?
US orders are generally faster. International orders typically take 14-28 days. Tracking is provided once shipped.
Q: Are these the same quality as your regular products?
Yes. Every item is a standard production Tacray tool — same materials, same specs. Bundle pricing reflects inventory consolidation, not a compromise in quality.
Q: Can I return a set if I change my mind?
Non-EU customers: bundle sets are final sale. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, color received, or personal preference.

For EU Customers
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. To exercise this right, contact service@tacray.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping to our warehouse in China is at your own expense — costs may be significant relative to the bundle price, and we recommend factoring this in before purchasing.
Refunds: For orders $89 and above, shipping was provided free — refunds cover product value only. For orders below $89 where shipping was charged, the outbound shipping fee is refunded alongside the product value. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Color preference does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation. You may still withdraw within the statutory window, but return shipping remains at your expense.
Quality defects are handled separately — if an item is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund.
